One of my personal projects is to take individual letterforms, tear them apart, then layer, erase, distort, mask... to re-build my own alphabet.
I've also been working on illustrations which combine both traditional and digital image making techniques.
Won a contest with this letterpress poster, using a quote from the late, great Michigan crime fiction writer, Elmore Leonard.
Large drawings of fictitious movie posters.
I have also been generating a new collage everyday (well, almost everyday) for over a year now. For one, no one can tell you you are doing it wrong. Its a medium where anything goes. For another, it helps insure I am creating something new everyday.
